Terms & Conditions

Grow Community Services provides support to clients living with disability, psychosocial diagnosis, ageing, and illness. Our services may include, but are not limited to, companionship, personal care assistance, skills training, mentoring, and facilitation.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use/enquire about our services. If you are accessing our services on behalf of a minor or someone under guardianship, you represent that you have the legal authority to do so.


4. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your needs and health conditions

  • Treat our staff with respect and dignity

  • Maintain a safe environment for our staff to work in

  • Pay for services as agreed

  • Inform us of any changes that may affect the delivery of our services

5. Payment Terms

  • Fees for our services will be as agreed upon in your service agreement

  • Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise specified

  • We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee as specified in your service agreement

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grow Community Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

 


8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Grow Community Services harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or any violation of these Terms.


9. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.


10. Modifications to Services and Terms
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.


11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.


12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Relevant Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.


13. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, it shall be submitted to mediation before resorting to arbitration or litigation.


14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.


15. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Grow Community Services regarding our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
